Claims Handler

If you are career-driven with proven claims experience, this role would suit you! We are looking for individuals for an International (United Kingdom) claims process. Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates or have relevant experience can apply.

Job Role:

  • International voice – Non-Technical (United Kingdom)
  • Ensuring a fair settlement and good customer service
  • Liaising with the claimant and advising them on any issues that arise
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Working towards and exceeding KPI’s set on a daily basis
  • Handle constructive objections politely and efficiently
  • Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed in a regulated environment

  • At least 1 year of minimum experience in Claims handling or Customer service
  • We need someone who is friendly and approachable with customers from all backgrounds
  • An excellent team player, who is keen to progress within an organization
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Knowledge of ERP
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards the customers and business
  • Maintain positivity throughout the workplace and have resilience within a challenge
  • Adaptive towards new skills and techniques
