The Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for personnel sourcing and hiring, skills development and tracking, benefits administration and making sure a company stays in compliance with all regulations both at the state and federal level.

The Human Resources Department (HRD) provides overall policy direction on human resource management issues and administrative support functions related to the management of employees for all departments. The mission of the department is to be a strategic partner by providing Human Resources programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce. Department Long-Term Goals Develop the staff at all levels of the organization through formal programs offered through departments and across departments.
